Is there a God? Why are we here? What happens after death?

Deepak Chopra brings his knowledge of traditional and alternative medicines to address these and other heavy-duty questions Sunday at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center in Tampa.

In more than 50 books, Chopra has relied on the principles of quantum physics to answer metaphysical questions.

On Sunday, Chopra will draw upon studies of near-death experiences and reincarnation accounts in an effort to prove that consciousness exists after physical death.

Chopra speaks at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Morsani Hall, 1010 N MacInnes Place, Tampa. $35.50-$100. (813) 229-7827 or www.tbpac.org.
