Bromeliads: Master Gardener Eileen Hart will give a presentation on bromeliads for the Begonia Society of Tampa Bay Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Famous Tate Distribution Center, 6401 N 54th St. Visitors and guests are welcome and first timers receive a free begonia. Call(813) 685-6501.

Begonia Show: The Begonia Society of Tampa Bay will host its first judged begonia show and sale at the Woodmont Clubhouse in Temple Terrace at 415 Woodmont Ave. on March 31 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The competition is open to all and there is no entry fee. Entries will be received at the Woodmont Clubhouse on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Plants will be available for sale at this show and also at the University of South Florida's Spring Plant Festival April 14 and 15.
