Darcy is a 9-month-old female calico domestic short hair. Macy is a 1-year-old female tabby gray and white domestic short hair.

Home at Last Pet Adoptions Inc. is an all-volunteer rescue group dedicated to saving animals, predominantly cats, facing death at local shelters. There were three adoptions from March 14 to 20.

Animals are evaluated for temperament and health. When ready for adoption, they are neutered and given age-appropriate shots, treated for fleas, wormed, tested for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus and microchipped.

Animals are seen by appointment or at occasional special adoption events. There is a set donation fee for each pet. Call 476-6832 or e-mail halpetadoptions@ yahoo.com for details.
