Easter musical: First Baptist of Inverness, 550 Pleasant Grove Road, will present a musical Easter program entitled No More Night at 6 p.m. April 1. Call 726-1252.

National Day of Prayer: National Day of Prayer events will begin at noon May 3 at the Old Courthouse in Inverness and the Gazebo in Crystal River. Event coordinator for the east side of the county, Pastor Harvey Dunn, is encouraging prayer warriors to attend the event and to be in prayer for the event's preparation. Pastor Rick Nelson is the coordinator for the west side.

Easter community service: Church Without Walls will host an Easter community service at 10:30 a.m. April 8 at Hernando Beach. A baptism will be after the service. There will be a fellowship dinner, boat rides, pony rides, egg hunt and other family activities. Bring a covered dish in a throw-away container.

The church will also host a golf fundraiser at 8:30 a.m. April 14 at Citrus Hills Golf Club. If you or your business or organization would like to make a tax-deductible contribution of $50 or more as a hole sponsor, call 344-2425. Donations or gifts to be auctioned are also welcome.

Sunrise service: Beverly Hills Community Church, 82 Civic Circle, will host a community Easter sunrise service at 7 a.m. April 8 next to the Beverly Hills Recreation Center pool. There will be doughnuts and coffee afterward. Call 746-3620.

Indoor yard sale: First Presbyterian, 1501 SE U.S. 19, Crystal River, will host an indoor yard sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday and March 31. Call 795-2259.

Israel program: Heritage Baptist Church, 2 Civic Circle, Beverly Hills, will host "Thank God for Israel Day" at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. The speaker will be Jess Pincus of the Friends of Israel. There is no cost, but seating is limited. Reply to Pincus toll-free at 1-877-434-8333.

Yard sale: Faith Baptist Church's Women of Faith will host the sale from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in the Homosassa Wal-Mart parking lot.

Carwash planned: The youth of New Beginnings Fellowship will host a carwash from 8 a.m. to noon March 31 at the church, 2577 N Florida Ave., Inverness.

The church will host free aerobics classes, taught by Michele Jones, at 7 p.m. Mondays starting April 2. Bring a towel or mat and bottled water and hand weights if you have them. There will be a short Bible study after class. Call 560-3255.
