Look for these new items at stores where you shop for food or kitchen equipment. Chips spiked with salsa flavors Tortilla chips are getting a makeover just in time for Cinco de Mayo celebrations. Kettle brand is offering five new varieties: black bean, chili lime, blue corn, multigrain and yellow corn. They'll cost you $3.99 to $4.29 for an 18-ounce bag and $2.79 to $2.99 for a 9-ounce bag. Weber makes grills . . . and spices Weber enters the spice aisle with Grill Creations, a line of seasonings and marinade mixes that can be used on any type of grilled food, including vegetables. There are eight seasonings: Chicago Steak, Kick 'N Chicken, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, N'Orleans Cajun, Smokey Mesquite, Gourmet Burger, Zesty Lemon Seasoning and Veggie Grill. The six marinade mixes are White Wine and Herb, Black Peppercorn, Italian Herb, Chipotle, Tomato Garlic Pesto and Mesquite. Three seasonings - Chicago Steak, Kick 'N Chicken and Zesty Lemon Seasoning - are available in an adjustable spice grinder. Suggested retail price for the seasoning is $2.99 for a 3.6-ounce bottle, $3.99 for an 8.4-ounce bottle and $1 for the marinade mixes. Chocolate that's just Divine Divine Chocolate also hits the "tastes good/does good" spot. They're certified Fair Trade, a program that safeguards prices and working conditions for farmers, and come from a company that's partly owned by a cooperative of Ghanaian cocoa farmers. They're also well worth seeking out. The Divine Mint Dark Chocolate, with crispy peppermint bits, is rich and indulgent. Other flavors include milk and white chocolate and a 70 percent dark chocolate. Prices for a 1.5-ounce bar range from $1.25 to $1.75. A 3.5-ounce bar costs $3.25 to $4. There's still time to order Easter treats King Arthur is offering lots of Easter goodies - bunny and egg cookie cutters, hot cross bun mixes, babka mixes - and some fresh-baked items such as hot cross buns ($26.95 plus shipping for six, total weight 1 pound) from the Vermont bakery through its catalog. The classic yeasty hot-cross buns are scented with spices, candied lemon and orange peel, and sweet currants. Orders must be placed by Sunday for special Easter delivery on April 6. If that doesn't do it for you, order a box of Hot Cross Bun Mix ($6.95) and whip up 16 buns at home. Comes with a thick white icing mix, too. The company is also offering a Cranberry-Orange Babka Mix ($7.95), which includes bread mix, glaze mix and sugar nonpareils, and yields four individual breads or one loaf-type babka.
