Avid Engineering, 2300 Curlew Road, Suite 100, Palm Harbor, announces these contracts: Chapel Creek Community Development District, Pasco County, for Stonebridge residential community. Avid will provide landscape architecture and civil engineering services that will include a 12-acre area that will have an aquatic facility and other recreational services; and Bexley Park residential community, for Newland Communities.
