Pyper Paul + Kenney PP+K, 1121 E Twiggs St., Tampa, has been named one of the top three creative agencies in the United States in the American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA) 2007 O'Toole Awards for Creative Advertising. PP+K won in the small agency category and will receive the Brass AAAA Pyramid Award at the AAAA National Management Conference.

ARCHITECTURE

Willingham Architecture, 1698 Manor Way, St. Petersburg, announces its contract with the Dermatology Institute of Southwest Florida, Venice, to provide design and project management services for a 5,000-square-foot surgery center and clinic.

CONSTRUCTION

FishHawk Ranch, 16144 Churchview Drive, Suite 113, Lithia, has been named one of the nation's best communities by Professional Builder magazine and the National Association of Home Builders and received the Best in American Living award for communities with more than 151 homes.

Hennessy Construction Services, 2300 22nd St. N, St. Petersburg, announces these contracts: Liberty Property Limited Partnership of Malvern, Pa., by Liberty Property Trust, its sole general partner, Woodland AA office building, 94,690-square-foot three-story shell office building and site development at 4631 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Tampa, $8.15-million; and Don CeSar Resort Hotel Ltd., including a 22,000-square-foot spa addition to the existing Don CeSar property, with a 5,000-square-foot ground-floor entrance, two floors of salons that consists of 11,000 square feet; wet/dry treatment rooms, locker rooms, hot tubs and steam rooms and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop garden/sunken deck, $5.4-million.

ENGINEERING

Avid Engineering, 2300 Curlew Road, Suite 100, Palm Harbor, announces these contracts: Chapel Creek Community Development District, Pasco County, for Stonebridge residential community. Avid will provide landscape architecture and civil engineering services that will include a 12-acre area that will have an aquatic facility and other recreational services; and Bexley Park residential community, for Newland Communities. Avid will provide landscape architecture for the 12-acre facility that includes a lagoon pool, lap and volleyball pool, and a water slide.

Kimmins Contracting Corp., 1501 E Second Ave., Tampa, announces its contract with the EcoGroup on behalf of the New Port Tampa Bay Community Development District to provide infrastructure improvements to New Port Tampa, a single residential community in Tampa.
