Grand opening set at completed condos
1010 Central will hold its grand opening 5:30-8 p.m. April 12. The 114-unit building that covers almost an entire city block between Central and First Avenue S was one of the last to enjoy the height of the real estate boom. When Miles Development opened sales in 2005, the building sold out in a month. Now that the four-story structure is complete, visitors can tour a model residence and meet neighbors. The complex also includes a retail unit at northwest corner and several work-live units that feature a residence above an included business storefront along Central.
