tampa Education Channel wants films for fest The Education Channel in Tampa is soliciting films, videos, animations and digital media from independent artists, producers and students. Works must be completed between March 2005 and May 2007 and submitted for review on DVD in English or with English subtitles by May 18. The Education Channel will televise the Independents' Film Festival through September, concluding with a public event in early fall featuring the festival's best films. Call 254-2253.
