Paradise Advertising & Marketing, 150 Second Ave. N, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, has signed a one-year contract with Home Finishing Solutions of Deerfield Beach. Paradise will create and execute plans designed to support the retail and wholesale divisions, including branding and communication strategy, creative design and production, media buying, event coordination and sponsorship and public relations services.

CONSTRUCTION

Ed Siefried Construction Inc., 6985 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg, announces these contracts: ARC Sun City, 4,000-square-foot addition and renovation project in Sun City, $500,000; Florida Gulf Bank, a 5,000-square-foot new construction project in St. Petersburg, $600,000; Hendry Regional Medical Center, a 2,000-square-foot renovation project, $225,000; Dr. Worman, a 5,000-square-foot renovation project, St. Petersburg; Bright House Networks, for two 1,000-square-foot renovation projects for the Odessa and Wimauma locations, total for both projects is $850,000; Coldwell Banker, a 2,500-square-foot renovation project in Belleair, $300,000; and Barger Development, a 6,000-square-foot renovation project, $400,000.

HEALTH CARE

AnazaoHealth Corp., 5710 Hoover Blvd., Tampa, has acquired the assets of Kronos Compounding Pharmacy in Las Vegas.

JSA Healthcare Corp., 111 Second Ave. NE, Suite 1500, St. Petersburg, has opened two primary care clinics: JSA Medical Group-Oak Park, 427 S Parsons Ave., Suite 118, Brandon, Dr. Aarti Lamba is primary care physician; and JSA Medical Group-Woodland, 2326 S Parsons Ave., Seffner. Dr. Tia Hooper is the primary care physician. Both clinics accept Humana Gold Plus, Medicare, Tricare and Humana Commercial members.
