Verge flat panel television tilt-mount brackets

Company: Circuit City Stores Inc.

Why? If upward force is applied to a mounted television, the bracket's lock bar could unfasten, causing it to fall.

What models? The recalled tilt-mount brackets for flat panel televisions are sold under Circuit City's private label, Verge. "The Verge" and the model numbers VPSW103M and VPSW103M2 are written on the packaging, but not on the brackets.

Where sold? Circuit City stores.

What to do? Consumers who have not received a free repair kit by mail from Circuit City should contact the store or company to request the kit or a free repair by a professional installer.

Sounds on the Farm puzzles and Sounds on the Go puzzles

Company: Small World Toys

Why? The knobs on the recalled puzzle pieces can come off, posing a choking hazard.

What models? The wooden-knobbed puzzles that make sounds were sold under Puzzibilities and Ryan's Room brands.

Where sold? Toy stores, Target stores and various retailers.

What to do? Take away from children and contact Small Worlds for free replacement.

SRAM Force road brake caliper sets

Why? The brake caliper sets could break and detach from the bicycle's fork or frame, causing the rider to lose control.

Where sold? Specialty bicycle retailers.

What to do? Discontinue use and contact dealer for free replacement.
