Divorce final for Locklear ...
Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are officially divorced. The pair's split was finalized last week in California, the Associated Press reported. Locklear, 45, filed for divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Sambora, 47, in February 2006 after 11 years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences. At the time, the stories were that she thought he was having affairs. Not long after the filing, at a Bon Jovi concert in Tampa, Jon Bon Jovi said to the crowd before Sambora took lead vocal on a song, "So, you hear any good rumors lately? Just remember, there are two sides to every story." Custody of the pair's daughter, Ava, visitation rights and spousal support will be ordered in a proposed judgment, which is being kept private.
... and Sara Evans divorce gets nastier
The husband of country singer Sara Evans, against whom she started divorce proceedings last year with lurid allegations while she was hoofing on Dancing With the Stars, is suing one of his wife's attorneys, alleging slander and libel over adultery allegations. Craig Schelske filed the $20-million suit against John Hollins Sr. on Wednesday in Tennessee's Davidson County Circuit Court, says the AP.
