Watch for ...
C.C. vs. C.C.: Indians starter C.C. Sabathia has thus far gotten the better of Rays LF Carl Crawford, who is 4-for-18 with three strikeouts - though he has three hits in his past eight at-bats.
Jackson's action: Rays starter Edwin Jackson is looking to improve on a rough outing Saturday in Minnesota when he allowed five runs on three hits and five walks in three ugly innings. This will be his first start against the Indians.
C.C., etc.: Sabathia has had his way with the Rays, going 6-1 with a 2.44 ERA in eight starts, though he is 2-1 with a 4.50 ERA at the Trop. C Josh Paul might be a good addition to the Rays lineup - he is 5-for-13 with two homers off Sabathia. Carlos Pena might not be - he is 3-for-18 with eight strikeouts.
