Colorful and quick

More than 50 teams from the United States and Canada compete Saturday in the Tampa Bay International Dragon Boat Races, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Garrison Channel near the Channelside area of downtown Tampa. Beach Goes Pops is a double treat of music on the sand. Tonight features the Venturas and Suzette Jennings & Moodswingz at 5:30. The Beach Goes Pops Orchestra is on the bill at 7 p.m. Saturday.
