NFL draft: Noon on ESPN. Three words, people: Mel. Kiper. Junior. Penn Relays: 1 p.m. on ESPN2. The oldest track and field meet in the country, dating all the way back to April 21, 1895. And, if I'm not mistaken, Bill Cosby has attended every Penn Relay. Red Sox at Yankees: 4 p.m. on Ch. 13. Good to see Fox breaking up the norm by showing a couple of teams that never get national airtime.
