11-year-old says man exposed himself to her

NEW PORT RICHEY - A quick-thinking little girl helped in the arrest of Jason Bailey, the 34-year-old Port Richey man accused of exposing himself to her, according to a Pasco County Sheriff Department's report. On Thursday, an 11-year-old girl saw a car stop and wait at Madison and High streets in New Port Richey as she approached on the sidewalk, the report says. The girl told deputies she saw the driver's penis and that he masturbated while watching her. As he drove off, the girl got the car's license plate number. She later identified Bailey in a photo lineup. Bailey is charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a victim under 12. He was arrested Friday and released Saturday on $20, 000 bail from the Land O'Lakes jail.

why would anyone bail this pervert out they should have left him rot in jail so he couldn't do this again glad the little girl was not hurt by this pervert

she is one sharp, quick thinking young lady...in tis day, however, i don't think you should be walking anywhere alone..this creep would have done his nasty deed anyway and probably enjoyed a larger audience

This is a sick pup and released on $20,000 bail. What if this is just the start of his sickness and he does something worse. He should of had 1,000,000 bail.
