Public Relations veteran John Heagney, president of John Heagney Public Relations, Holiday, has been tapped to teach continuing education classes at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Heagney is celebrating 25 years of service to clients worldwide, and is one of the Tampa Bay area's largest public relations agencies, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Richard Young has joined Hernando-Pasco Hospice (HPH) as chief financial officer and will be responsible for managing and directing the financial and accounting functions of the hospice, HPH Homecare, the Hospice Foundation Inc., the Hernando Lodge and the organization's pharmacy and durable medical equipment company. Young will be based out of the administrative headquarters in Hudson. Young came from Sta-Home Health Agency, Jackson, Miss., where he served as chief operations officer since 1997. Also, John Wrublevski RN has joined HPH as its quality assurance performance improvement coordinator. Wrublevski will monitor the effectiveness of the hospice's services and the quality of care extended to patients and families.
