The Kentucky-bred chestnut colt has been sensational in his three career starts, all this year. He is undefeated with a combined winning margin of 28 1/2 lengths, highlighted by a record 10 1/2-length victory in the Grade II Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn Park on April 14 in Hot Springs. Trained by Steve Asmussen and owned by Stonestreet Stables and Padua Stables, Curlin has the ability to rate or stalk.

Street Sense

By Street Cry Out of Bedazzle

Winner of the Grade III Tampa Bay Derby at Tampa Bay Downs on March 17 in Oldsmar, the Kentucky-bred dark bay colt is the top-graded stakes earner with $1.482-million for owner James Tafel. Street Sense won the 2006 Eclipse Award for 2-year-old male, thanks to a record-setting 10-length victory in the Grade I Breeders' Cup Juvenile at Churchill Downs on Nov. 4 in Louisville, Ky. He has won three of seven career races.

Circular Quay has rest (eight weeks) and breeding (Thunder Gulch). A Kentucky-homebred chestnut colt owned by Michael and Doreen Tabor, Circular Quay is coming off a win in the Grade II Louisiana Derby at Fair Grounds on March 10 in New Orleans for his fourth victory in seven career starts. Thunder Gulch, the 1995 Derby and Belmont winner, sired Point Given, the 2001 Eclipse Award horse of the year who won the Preakness and Belmont.

Nobiz Like Shobiz

A Kentucky-homebred bay colt owned by Elizabeth Valando, Nobiz Like Shobiz has solid credentials, never finishing worse than third in six career races with four victories. He has won three of his past four graded races, including the Grade I Wood Memorial at Aqueduct on April 7 in Jamaica, N.Y. He also won the Grade III Holy Bull at Gulfstream Park on Feb. 3 in Hallandale Beach, and Grade II Remsen Stakes at Nov. 25 at Aqueduct.
