Clubs/extracurriculars: Interact Club (president), National Honor Society (officer), Student Council, Teen Court, Youth Leadership of Pasco, Boys State, varsity golf, scuba, guitar, dual enrolled at Pasco-Hernando Community College and the University of South Florida.
Favorite place on campus: The cafeteria. It gives us an opportunity just to hang out.
If you could, what would you change about your high school? I would encourage more people to go to Genesis Preparatory School. That would provide additional stimulating interaction with the student body.
Future school: University of Florida, New York University or University of South Florida Honors College.
Ideal career: Thoracic surgeon.
Favorite book: Catch 22 by Joseph Heller.
Most inspirational person: Albert Einstein because even though he failed at school, he still revolutionized the world.
Best advice/quote: "Always acknowledge a fault. This will throw those in authority off their guard and give you an opportunity to commit more." - Mark Twain.
GPA: 4.13 weighted
Clubs/extracurriculars: Competitive soccer, National Honor Society, Interact Club (sergeant at arms), Science Club, varsity soccer, varsity golf, Youth Leadership Pasco, Regional Science and Engineering Fair, Teen Court, dual enrolled at Pasco-Hernando Community College, guitar.
Favorite place on campus: The new soccer field, which I waited my entire schooling at Genesis for. Also, the school cafeteria, where I go to chitchat with my buddies, is a mere second.
If you could, what would you change about your high school? I would want more students to have the opportunity I had at Genesis Preparatory. It would be great to interact with and have fun with more students. Who knows, it may open the pathway to a better future for them, too!
Future school: Deciding between Stetson, Eckerd, the University of Tampa or the University of South Florida with an intended major in international business or sports management.
Ideal career: Professional athlete or owner of a soccer or hockey team.
Favorite book: Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk.
Most inspirational person: I would have to say my parents; for what they have overcome, anything seems possible to me. Now for my soccer life, I would have to say Gerry Lucy, Don Tobin, Frank Morgan and Tony Carpenter. They achieved the highest rank in professional soccer, and now they are passing that knowledge on to me.
Best advice/quote: "Go big or go home, " quoted by my fellow classmates and the best senior class ever.
