Planet Beach, 9550 W Linebaugh Ave., is now open at Westchase Town Center.

The tanning salon and spa offers up 11 stations including eight tanning beds at a variety of tanning levels.

Customers can tan anywhere from eight to 20 minutes in the different beds, which all offer air conditioning and stereos with built-in speakers.

Among the tanning salon's offerings are stand-up tanning stations, mystic tanning, a water massage bed and the hydration station, which tans and nourishes skin while also burning calories.

Hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 12-4 p.m. Sunday. Call 813 926-5300.

World of Beer, 9524 W Linebaugh Ave., has also opened at the new shopping center.

With a retail location in Clearwater, this liquor store decided to add bar to its lineup. Live music can also be heard some nights.

The bar has 500 beers available for sale, 30 of those on tap with 17 different countries represented. Wine is also available for the person looking for something other than beer. Happy hour is celebrated from 4-7 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

Mangia Bene, 9540 W Linebaugh Ave., is now open and bringing Italian cuisine to Westchase Town Center. The restaurant serves up pasta, veal, seafood, chicken, pizza, subs and dessert both at the restaurant and through take-out. Call (813) 926-9229.

Also open at the shopping center are Coldwell Banker and Tranquility Salon & Spa. Organic & Gourmet Health Store is on its way.
