TAMPA A Blake High School social studies teacher was arrested early Sunday on a charge of driving under the influence. Jennifer L. Morley, 48, of Tampa, was driving east on Interstate 4 when police pulled her over about 2:34 a.m. because she was weaving, an arrest report states. Morley was slurring her words and "performed unsatisfactorily" on several field sobriety tests, the report states. She also refused to take a breath test. She was released from the Orient Road Jail Sunday after posting $500 bail.
