OCT. 28, 2004: A judge orders Elijah Dukes to stay away from NiShea Gilbert for one year.

OCT. 31, 2005: A judge orders Dukes to stay away from Carla Bryant for one year.

MAY 11, 2006: NiShea Gilbert files for divorce from Dukes.

JUNE 5, 2006: The petition for divorce is voluntarily dismissed.

MAY 1, 2007: Gilbert files for a restraining order against Dukes.

MAY 14, 2007: A judge dismisses Gilbert's request when she doesn't show up for a hearing.

MAY 17, 2007: Gilbert files for another restraining order against Dukes. A hearing is set for May 30.
