YMCA expands: A new aquatic center at the Bob Sierra Family YMCA will open to members Tuesday. The 28, 000-square-foot facility has an eight-lane competitive swimming pool with a 15-foot, three-tubed water slide and a zero-depth entry fun pool with a four-tiered water spray park for children. A public celebration begins at 4 p.m. on June 10. Call 813 962-3220. Baseball: Tampa Boltz AAU baseball is moving up to age 9 and under. Three to four players are needed. Baseball showcase: National Scouting Report will host a Gold Coast Baseball Showcase, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 13 at Wharton High, 20150 Bruce B. Basketball camp: Florida College will offer three sessions of its basketball camps. The first session is May 29-June 1 for players ages 13-19. The second session is June 11-14 for players ages 6-13. Downs Blvd., offers five sessions of basketball camp to students entering grades 2-8. Sessions are June 4-8, June 11-15, June 18-22, June 25-29 and July 9-13 for players of all levels.
