Who says Florida's real estate market is struggling? Chewing-gum executive William Wrigley Jr. is asking $85-million for a horse farm on nearly 1, 100 acres outside Ocala. That's about triple what he paid for the property two years ago.

Where: Winter Haven Farm in Marion County's thoroughbred country.

What you get: 500 head of cattle, a turf track, eight barns, four staff houses (but no main home), 70 forested acres.

Who is the seller? Wrigley, 43, is chairman of Chicago's Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co., a 22-year veteran of the business and the great-grandson of its founder. He bought most of the land in 2005 for about $24-million, records show, and later added two small parcels. Wrigley upgraded the farm but decided to sell.
