Doctor pleads guilty to heath care fraud

PENSACOLA - A doctor pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of illegally distributing addictive painkillers, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
As part of a plea agreement, Dr. John Q. Durfey, pleaded guilty to six counts of health care fraud and six counts of unlawfully dispensing controlled substances, U.S. Attorney Gregory R. Miller said.
