More on Verdi: Centennial Opera Group will present parts 3 and 4 of its continuing series of illustrated video lectures, "Viva Giuseppe, the Life and Operas of Verdi, " at 12:30 p.m. today at the Centennial Park Library, 5740 Moog Road, Holiday. Part 3 is entitled Oberto, and part 4 is Nabucco, Verdi's first and third operas. They will be followed by video clips of Nabucco. Free.

Local artists: Work by Pasco County artists will be at the Pasco Arts Council's art center, 5744 Moog Road, Holiday, today through Aug. 3. Awards will be presented at a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. June 8. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. Free.

Mellow sounds: The Frankie Dee New York Orchestra will perform from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the VFW Post 10209 at 15166 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill. A really big show: John Leggio's Center for the Performing Arts will present "In Concert, " an extravaganza of song, dance and acting, at 7 p.m. June 8 and 1 and 7 p.m. June 9 at the performing arts center at Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School, Hays Road, Hudson. Bandshell Bash: The Hernando County Fine Arts Council's June Bandshell Bash will feature the country/rockabilly group Crabgrass Cowboys from 4 to 8 p.m. June 9 at the Hernando Park band shell. All for laughs: The comedy-farce Rumors by Neil Simon will be presented in matinees and evenings today through July 8 at Show Palace Dinner Theatre, 16128 U.S. 19, Hudson. Shows are at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 3 p.m. Sundays (doors open two hours before curtain for cash bar and buffet), and at 1:15 some Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (doors open at 11:30 a.m.). The video features Dame Joan Sutherland in the title role. There will be a discussion of the real life and times of that era, "Growing Up Borgia." Free.

Dinner show: Singer-impressionist Rich Natole will perform at a dinner show at Aripeka Elks Lodge No. 2520, 9135 Denton Ave., Hudson, on Aug. 11. Dinner is at 6 p.m., show at 7:30 p.m. Natole's act includes impressions of Larry King, Jay Leno, Robert DeNiro, Joe Pesci and others. Tickets are $26, reservations required.
