Summer Classic

College Baseball Advisors will be holding their fourth annual Summer Classic at Naimoli Complex June 22-24. A college recruiting seminar will also be held on Friday night. Contact Chris Banks at 727 542-6245.

Shorecrest

Eckerd College

Florida Panthers

Tarpon Springs

Boca Ciega Tournament

Gibbs Junior Gladiators

Police Athletic League

Hole-in-ones

David Jones of Brandon aced the par-3 second hole at TPC of Tampa Bay from 179 yards with a six iron on June 8.

Jacob McFadden of Seminole aced the eighth hole at Cypress Links Golf Course in St. Petersburg. McFadden, 11, used a pitching wedge on the 86-yard hole.
