Todd Boulanger

Director of residential services, The Children's Home Inc.

Todd Boulanger has been promoted to his new position after 15 years with The Children's Home, a child-focused Tampa Bay area charity. At The Children's Home, Boulanger has been a primary alternate providing direct care to residential clients, Cottage Director, Program Services Director, Training and Quality Assurance Manager and Risk Management & Quality Assurance Manager. Boulanger earned a master's degree in education from the University of South Florida and is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a peer reviewer for the national Council on Accreditation.

Tim Aston

Chief information officer, St. Petersburg Times

Tim Aston assumes his new role at the St. Petersburg Times after 10 weeks as manager of applications development. Previously, Aston was chief technology officer at the Hartford Courant, where he had 14 years of newspaper and online publishing experience. Aston also has worked for Travelers Insurance, Bank of America and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Aston, who has a wife, Dawn, and a daughter, Natalie, 5, earned a bachelor's degree in natural resource conservation at the University of Connecticut and a master's degree in environmental planning at the University of Massachusetts.

AUDIO/VISUAL

Leah McBride was named graphic designer and marketing coordinator at Audio Visual Innovations Inc., of Tampa. McBride was a freelance designer in North Carolina.

AWARDS

Louis Miller is the recipient of the Gonzmart Family Ambassador of the Year Award. The award honors Tampa Bay area people who have contributed to the community and to the success of the hospitality industry in Tampa and Hillsborough County. Miller is executive director of Tampa International Airport and is chief executive for Tampa International, Peter O. Knight, Plant City and Vanderberg airports.

BANKING

Lynn Eubanks has been named assistant vice president and loan operations manager at Old Harbor Bank in the Countryside area of Clearwater. She was commercial closing coordinator at Whitney National Bank, of Clearwater.

ENGINEERING

GLE Associates Inc., of Tampa, announces that Jenelle Chraft and Michael D. Elster have been named environmental scientists. Chraft was a laboratory technician for Warwick Sewer Authority in Rhode Island; and Elster is a recent graduate of Kennesaw State University.

FINANCIAL

Carmen Inclan has been named sales manager at Countrywide Home Loans Inc., of Tampa. She was vice president of HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., of Tampa.

HEALTH CARE

Oak Hill Hospital, of Brooksville, announces these appointments: Robert Linares to nursing supervisor of the day shift; and Donald Firestone to director of environmental services. Linares was a staff member in the cardiovascular thoracic surgical unit at Largo Medical Center; and Hospital House- keeping Systems director of environmental services at Prattville Baptist Hospital Campus in Prattville, Ala.

HOSPITALITY

Rusty Evers has been named executive chef for all three Maestro's Restaurant and catering for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, Tampa. Evers was an independent caterer in Tampa.

Nancy Cimney has been named director of sales and marketing at the Sandpearl Resort for Coral Hospitality. She was vice president of sales at Interstate Hotels & Resorts/MeriStar Hotels & Resort Group, .

INSURANCE

Amerigroup Corp., of Tampa, announces these appointments: Dr. Toni Mitchell, regional medical director for the Florida health plan's Gulf region; and Harriet Jordan, vice president of human resources. Mitchell was medical director for Suncoast Community Health Centers in Ruskin; and Jordan was associate vice president, associate services.

Kevin Clary has been promoted to vice president, loss control, at the core service center at Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co., of St. Petersburg. Clary was an assistant vice president.

LEGAL

Michael L. Cahill has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Cahill has a private practice in Tampa and concentrates in the areas of estate planning, taxation, real estate and title trans- actions.

George Guerra has been named a shareholder in the securities, financial services and white collar litigation group at Fowler White Boggs Banker, of Tampa. He was Tampa office managing partner at Tate Lazarini Brady & Guerra PL.

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, of Tampa, announces these appointments: Michele Leo Hintson and Brian R. Lambert have been named as associates in the litigation practice group. Hintson and Lambert were associates at Butler Pappas Weimuller Katz Craig LLP, of Tampa.

Anna E. Holt has been named an associate at Rum- berger, Kirk & Caldwell PA, of Tampa, and concentrates in the areas of product liability, casualty defense matter and commercial litigation. She was a summer law clerk.

Jaret J. Fuente has been elected to the board of Tampa Connection. Fuente is a shareholder at Carlton Fields and a member of the products and toxic tort liability, pharmaceutical and medical device and business litigation and trade regulation practice groups.

NON PROFIT

Family Service Centers Inc., Clearwater, announces that R.J. Doody, Elise B. Minkoff, Kerry A. Kriseman and Meisha-ann Martin have been appointed to its board. Doody is an adjunct faculty member at Eckerd College, of St. Petersburg; Minkoff is a president of Complex Properties, of Gulfport; Kriseman is a freelance marketing and communications specialist in St. Petersburg; and Martin is human resources assessment manager at Raymond James Financial, of St. Petersburg.

Kathy Short Rabon has been re-elected to the board of directors of the Association of Junior Leagues International Inc. Rabon is a member of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin and is deputy director at the Salvador Dali Museum, of St. Petersburg.

Dawn Dallas has been named marketing coordinator at Southern Hills Plantation Club. Dallas was director of marketing at P&K Engineering, of Tampa.

RESTAURANTS

Sheree Mangone has been named unit marketing director at Chick-fil-A Restaurant's Fourth Street location in St. Petersburg. Mangone was cafeteria bookkeeper and Web site assistant at St. Petersburg Christian School.

TECHNOLOGY

Brian Maloney has been promoted to vice president of business development at Answers System Inc., Oldsmar, a global technology solutions provider to the foodservice industry. Maloney was customer implementation manager.

UNIVERSITIES

Chris Tilley has been named Florida East regional vice president of operations at Florida Metropolitan University, of Tampa. Tilley was campus president at Remington College in Jacksonville.
