Julia Roberts has delivered baby No. 3, People reports, giving birth to 8 1/2-pound Henry Daniel Moder on Monday in Los Angeles. Roberts, 39, and her husband, 38-year-old Danny Moder, have 2-year-old twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus. "The Moder family is doing great, " Julia's rep, Marcy Engelman, told the magazine.

No Pure party

Us Weekly reports that Lindsay Lohan's 21st birthday party at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas has been canceled. "The party was canceled officially over two weeks ago. We were confused why Pure was even still promoting it, " a rep for the rehabbing party girl tells the mag. "But Lindsay will not be having the birthday party at Pure and is focusing on her recovery 100 percent."

Original Buffy the Vampire Slayer Kristy Swanson has pressed assault charges against the ex-wife of her companion-baby daddy-former Skating With Celebrities partner, Lloyd Eisler, her rep told the Associated Press on Monday. Police took pictures of bruises on her back and other parts of her body to document injuries Swanson said she got during a scuffle with Marcia O'Brien on Friday in Canada, Michael Sands said. A police spokesman in Kingston, Ontario, confirmed to People that Swanson filed a complaint Sunday. But O'Brien filed a complaint against Swanson first. Swanson told People magazine she was arrested Saturday night in Kingston, accused of assaulting O'Brien in front of O'Brien and Eisler's two young children. Swanson said she was released after posting bail. Sands said Eisler and Swanson were in Kingston to visit Eisler's children with O'Brien and discuss custody. Swanson and Eisler have a 4-month-old son. Before Swanson filed charges, O'Brien declined to comment to People, except when asked if she attacked Swanson, replying: "Why have I not been charged?" Swanson and Eisler hooked up during Skating with Celebrities last year, and he left O'Brien while she was pregnant with their younger son. Swanson denies she broke up the marriage.
