Blue/green dual glassware pieces

Company: Pier 1 Imports

Why? The glassware can crack or break unexpectedly.

What models? The recalled glassware pieces involve large and small tumblers, goblets and margaritas. The bottom half of a tumbler is aquamarine and the top half is yellow. The bottom of the margarita glass and the goblet is clear and the top is aquamarine and yellow.

Where sold? Pier 1 Imports stores, Web site and June catalog.

What to do? Return to any Pier 1 Imports store for refund or merchandise credit.

Gateway lithium ion battery packs

Company: Gateway Inc.

Why? They can overheat, which could pose a fire hazard.

What models? The recalled battery packs were shipped as the primary or spare battery pack for some Gateway 400VTX and 450ROG series notebooks, and are identified by part numbers: 6500760 or 6500761.

Where sold? Gateway's professional and direct distributors and Gateway Country stores.

What to do? Contact Gateway for a replacement battery. Continue to use the notebook computers by turning the system off, removing the pack and using the AC adapter and power cord to power until the replacement is received.

Children's butterfly necklaces

Company: GeoCentral.

Why? The metal clasp on the necklace contains high levels of lead.

What models? The recalled necklaces consist of a multicolored butterfly pendant on a multicolored seed bead 16-inch necklace. The product's packaging includes a white hang card with "GeoJewelry" printed on the front underneath "GeoCentral."

Where sold? Souvenir and gift stores.

What to do? Return place of purchase for refund or contact GeoCentral for information on how to get a refund.

300-shot Saturn Missiles Battery fireworks

Company: Far East Imports.

Why? These fireworks can travel in unexpected and dangerous directions, posing eye and other injury hazards to bystanders.

What models? The recalled fireworks are in a 200-gram multishot device that consists of 300 individual missiles with a single fuse for ignition. The device measures 21/2 inches by 237/8 inches by 31/4 inches and its packaging has a red and yellow label and the words "Saturn Missiles-Battery-300 Shots Finale" printed on it.

Where sold? Boomer Distributors.

What to do? Contact Far East Imports for replacement.

March or Die Mine/ Shell fireworks devices

Company: Jakes Fireworks Inc.

Why? The tubes could become loose, making the devices unstable. If the device tips over during use, it could pose burn and injury hazards to bystanders.

What models? The recalled fireworks are a 500-gram mine/shell device that consists of nine, 3-inch tubes with a single fuse for ignition. The device measures 16 inches by 16 inches by 13 inches and its packaging is a dark-blue cardboard label with the words "March or Die" printed in red.

Where sold? World Class Distributors.

What to do? Contact Jakes Fireworks for replacement.

Polaris "Outlaw 525" ATVs

Why? The recalled ATVs may have a loose fuel valve within the fuel tank, which could cause a fuel leak and pose a fire hazard.

What to do? Contact a Polaris dealer. Polaris will provide a free fuel tank replacement for consumers with recalled units. Registered owners have been notified.
