Record-setting draft
Florida could have three players selected in the top 10 of the NBA draft tonight.
If former guard Taurean Green makes his way into the late first round, the Gators will join Duke (1999), North Carolina (2005) and Connecticut (2006) with four first-round picks in the same draft.
Four schools have had three players selected among the top 13 picks in the same draft. They are:
Indiana, 1976: Scott May (No. 2), Quinn Buckner (7), Bobby Wilkerson (11).
UNLV, 1991: Larry Johnson (1), Stacey Augmon (9), Greg Anthony (12).
Duke, 1999: Elton Brand (1), Trajan Langdon (11), Corey Maggette (13). (William Avery went No. 14).
North Carolina, 2005: Marvin Williams (2), Raymond Felton (5), Sean May (13). (Rashad McCants went No. 14).
Two other schools have had three chosen in the top 25 of one draft.
Kentucky, 1996: Antoine Walker (6), Tony Delk (16) and Walter McCarty (19).
Connecticut, 2006: Rudy Gay (8), Hilton Armstrong (12) Marcus Williams (22) and Josh Boone (23).
