Pier 60, Clearwater Beach

While they charge you 50 cents to actually walk to the end of the pier, it's still a nice view. And the atmosphere leading up to it, with artists and musicians plying their craft on visitors, is as close as you'll get to the Key West sunset fests - if they moved Key West to Ohio.
