Janene Culumber
Vice president/chief financial officer, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute
Janene Culumber, who has been with the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute since 2001, was most recently director of finance. She was Moffitt's Employee of the Year in 2004. Prior to her tenure at Moffitt, Culumber was a senior manager at KPMG LLP. She earned a master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Healthcare Financial Management Association, National Council of University Research Administrators and Society of Research Administrators International.
Rob Pariseau
President, Benefits Solutions Group
Rob Pariseau brings more than 25 years in the benefits and human resources industry to Benefits Solutions Group, a new employee benefits planning firm in Tampa. He has worked for Mass Mutual, Cigna and Ceridian Corp., and led Wachovia Corp.'s national health care, communications and technology practice groups. Pariseau earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Colgate University, and designations from the Wharton School of Business, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the American College. He is past president of the Tampa Bay chapter of CEBS is on the board of the United Healthcare Children's Foundation.
Dr. Ira L. Siegman
Vice president of medical affairs, Morton Plant North Bay Hospital
Dr. Ira L. Siegman brings 12 years of the Pasco County health care experience to Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey. Siegman is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he earned undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University in Providence, R.I. He served surgery and cardiothoracic surgery residencies at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was a clinical associate in cardiac surgery for the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, National Institutes of Health, in Bethesda, Md.
Allen R. Weiss
Sales manager, Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza
Allen R. Weiss comes to Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza from the Wyndham Westshore, where he was corporate group and transient sales manager. He has handled business transient sales for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide's Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport property, and was a sales manager/consultant for F&G Hospitality Consulting. Weiss is an adjunct professor specializing in hospitality sales and marketing at Florida International University, and earned a master's degree from Florida International University and a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.

Cindy Reichard has been named controller at Big Brothers Big Sisters serving Pinellas, Hernando and Citrus Counties. Reichard was chief financial officer at the Hospice of Citrus County Inc.

Vivian Arenas has been elected secretary for the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. Arenas is a shareholder at de la Parte & Gilbert, Tampa and concentrates in the areas of eminent domain, environmental and administrative law.
Carlton Fields, Tampa, announces these appointments: Richard A. Denmon, elected to the board of the Florida Venture Forum, an entrepreneurial networking group that educates entrepreneurs and assists them in identifying sources of venture capital; and Amy L.
