JACKSONVILLE - A terrorism task force closed off a downtown area Sunday after a man made a bomb threat. The bomb squad and the Department of Homeland Security investigated, but no bomb was found, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Lauri-Ellen Smith said. A witness called authorities about 11:45 a.m. to report a man who was behaving strangely in the middle of the street, Smith said. According to witnesses, he made a bomb threat and was speaking in Arabic, which an officer recognized, Smith said. The man was being questioned by police.

Kill him !! This will send a message to all the other idiots who make our task forces needlessly use up their resources, time, and funds. Threatning to have a bomb should carry the same penatly as actually posessing one (which should be death).
