Umpires needed

Florida Panthers

The 12-under and 13-under competitive teams will hold tryouts for the fall season through July and August. For location and times, call Andy at 271-5249.

Azalea Little League

The league is offering week long camps July 30-Aug. 3 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. The cost is $125. There are also hitting only camps on July 2-3 and 23-24 from 9 a.m.-noon for $50. Call Mike at 641-9890 for information.

Mizuno Select Team

New Tampa Predators

Summer Junior Camp at St. Andrews Links, Dunedin's municipal course located at 620 Palm Blvd. through Aug. 23. Half day camp (noon-4 p.m.) and all day from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Instruction, video swing analysis, rules and course competition. Under the direction of PGA teaching pro Paul Sylvester. St. Paul United Methodist

High Schools

City of Tarpon Springs

The city will hold a kung fu summer survivor camp from July 30-Aug. 3 at the Tarpon Springs Community Center. Call 942-5628 for information.

There will be summer basketball camps on July 9-13 and July 30-Aug. 3 at Tarpon Springs High School for kids ages 6-15. For information, call 421-9833.
