Pei Wei Asian Diner, 12927 N Dale Mabry, has opened in the newly renovated Mission Bell shopping center. Developed by P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Pei Wei is a faster, more causal offshoot of the popular restaurant. It offers dine-in and take-away services, and the menu includes appetizers such as crab wontons and spring rolls, salads, noodle and rice bowls, and entrees such as Asian coconut curry and blazing noodles, all for $9 and under. Customers can order their dishes with chicken, pork, shrimp, scallops, beef or vegetables and tofu. A party menu also is available. The Mission Bell location is the first in Tampa, but another is planned for South Tampa. Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Call 813 960-2031.
