Dade City

Church of God in Christ, 14626 Seventh St., will host the annual Dade City District Convention Monday through Friday. The convention begins at 7:30 p.m. Monday with a musical. Tuesday through Friday the schedule is: Continental breakfast is 9 to 9:30 a.m., prayer is 9:30 to 10 a.m. and from 10 a.m. to noon are activities for all ages. Lunch is at 12:30 p.m. Each evening there will be singing and preaching at 7:30. Dinner will be served after the Friday evening service. Call 813 996-4168.

Holiday

The Baha'i of Pasco County, whose members meet in the plaza behind Buddy Freddy's restaurant at 1136 U.S. 19 N, present Dr. Jay Miller, who will speak on Health and Healing at 7:30 p.m. July 21. There will be dinner before the presentation at 6:30 p.m. Call (813) 383-6613.

Hudson

Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 12321 Canton Ave., offers a contemporary Music and Majesty Service at 6 tonight. After the service there will be a get-together to play miniature golf. Covenant Christian Church, 6814 Indiana Ave., offers a sermon titled "The Three Baptisms" by pastor Robert Panariello at 10 a.m. Sunday. The Beauty for Ashes Women's Group of Covenant Christian Church is hosting a Mom's Day Out from 10 a.m. to noon July 21. St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 5326 Charles St., offers the Holy Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. each Saturday and services are 7:30, 9 and 11 a.m. Sunday with a nursery available at the 9 and 11 a.m. services. Wesley Chapel

Wesley Chapel Church of the Nazarene, 34106 State Road 54, presents Vacation Bible School July 23-29. The program is centered on Wesley's Reef, an adventure that will continue on a weekly basis at 10:30 Sunday mornings. Children will meet the captain of a sunken shrimp boat, Captain Candoo, and his sidekick pelican friend. On the final day of the program, there will be a field trip to the Gulf of Mexico and a visit the Pier and the aquarium in St. Petersburg.
