ARCHITECTURE

FleischmanGarcia Architecture, 324 Hyde Park Avenue, No. 300, Tampa, announces these projects: Pinch-A-Penny, to design Pinch-A-Penny's new corporate headquarters and warehouse/distribution center in Largo. The project is a three-story building consisting of 45,000 square feet. The warehouse/distribution center will be 175,000 square feet; Out-of-Doors Academy, Sarasota, to design a new 18,600-square-foot arts center with a 1,200-square-foot covered colonnade; Shorecrest Preparatory School, St. Petersburg, FleischmanGarcia is designing the middle and upper division buildings, both are two-story buildings consisting of 24,000 square feet. The middle division building will have a 2,200-square-foot outdoor covered dining pavilion on the first floor; North Tampa Public Library, for a 25,000-square-foot facility to include community rooms, a children's room, a computer lab, study and tutor rooms, reading and stack areas, administrative functions and a Friends of the Library room; Seffner-Mango Library, a new 15,000-square-foot facility that includes a children's room, a computer lab, study and tutor rooms, reading and stack areas, administrative functions and a Friends of the Library room; and Sarasota Fire Station No. 3, to design a 9,000-square-foot LEED-certified fire rescue station on St. Armand's Key in Sarasota.

Hyde Park Capital Partners LLC, 701 N Franklin St., Tampa, announces the sale of E.A. Mariani Asphalt Co. of Tampa to Associate Asphalt of Roanoke, Va., an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners LLC.

NorthMarq Capital Inc., One Tampa City Center, Tampa, arranged the following financing: The Hermitage Apartments, 82-unit apartment complex consisting of 68,600 square feet in Valrico for $2.2-million; and Coventry Square, a 16,707-square-foot office property in Tampa for $1.875-million.
