Dog Days of Summer Celebration is Aug. 11

Published July 18, 2007

In the middle of dog days, which generally run between July 4 and Labor Day, St. Petersburg's Craftsman House hopes to stir patrons from their doldrums through its Dog Days of Summer Celebration from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Aug. 11.

There is no charge to attend the event at 2955 Central Ave.; for $30, guests can make a paw-print tile and get a doggie T-shirt. Canines are welcome, and dog-friendly businesses will be featured.

For information, call 323-2787.
