ADVERTISING

Doubletake Studios, 105 S Fielding Ave., Suites A & B, Tampa and Beth Louise Fregger Media Consulting, New Port Richey, announce the merger of the companies. Doubletake Studios is an advertising agency and Beth Louis Fregger Media Consulting specializes in media planning, buying and consulting services.

CONSTRUCTION

Creative Contractors, 620 Drew St., Clearwater, announces its contract with Pinellas County Schools for the construction of the new Tarpon Springs Elementary School. The 110,000-square-foot facility will be a "green" school and will seek green building certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Program. The school at the corner of Disston Avenue and Pine Street will consist of six buildings, that includes classrooms, a library, cafeteria/multi-purpose room, art and skills laboratory, teacher planning areas and administrative offices. Project cost is $23-million.

ENGINEERING

TBE Group, 380 Park Place Blvd., Suite 300, Clearwater, was recognized by the Federal Highway Administration with the 2007 Excellence in Utility Relocation and Accommodation Award at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Right of Way and Utilities Subcommittee Conference. TBE Group won for the following projects: Intercounty Connector, in the Incentives for Utility Relocation/Projects over $100-million category; Replacement of Interstate 10 bridges over Escambia Bay in the Project Management/ Projects over $100-million category; and Avoiding Utility Project Impacts Training Program in the Leadership/Projects under $100-million category.

FINANCIAL

Hyde Park Capital Advisors LLC, 701 N Franklin St., Tampa, the investment banking subsidiary of Hyde Park Capital Partners LLC, represented DenCor Management Services Inc. in its sale to Great Expressions Dental Centers Inc., who entered into an agreement with Apple Dental Affiliates PA to manage its dental locations in the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas.

Gulf Tile, 2318 W Columbus Drive, Tampa, has been recognized as one of the top 500 Hispanic-owned business according to the June edition of Hispanic Business magazine. Gulf Tile was ranked 178; rankings are based on 2006 revenues.

Tech Data Corp., 5350 Tech Data Drive, Clearwater, announces the release of its latest software, MyOpportunityTracker a free e-business tool resellers can use to generate revenue by tracking renewal opportunities for manufacturer-branded service agreements and warranties.

TRAK Microwave Corp., 4726 Eisenhower Blvd., Tampa, announces its contract with BAE Systems to supply BAE'sAN/ALR-56 Radar Warning Receiver programs for the U.S. Air Force and for the U.S. Marine Corps.

TRAVEL

Dynamic Leisure Corp., 5680-A W Cypress St., Tampa, announces that Occidental Hotels & Resorts has awarded Dynamic Leisure Corp., a net wholesale agreement to market and sell its all-inclusive properties throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and the Americas; and Spanish luxury hotel chain Bahia Principe Clubs and Resorts has awarded Dynamic Leisure Corp. a net rate contract that allows Dynamic Leisure Corp. the access to promote the chain's 15 all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and Spain.
