Kindergarten registration information Documents needed include: 1. Address verification from one of the following: a current electric bill, tax receipt, homestead exemption card, home purchase contract or a warranty deed. 2. Immunization records showing proper vaccines. 3. An authenticated record of the student's birth date. 4. Medical examination completed within the past 12 months. A parent must be present at registration.
