Monday: Frankfurter, baked beans with tomato bits, mixed vegetables, applesauce.

Tuesday: Swiss steak with brown gravy, potatoes au gratin, green beans, whole-grain bread, sugar cookie.

Wednesday: Beef and broccoli, parsley rice, carrot cuts, whole-wheat bread, pineapple cup.

Thursday: Macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, green peas, white bread, vanilla pudding.

Friday: Breaded veal Parmesan, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli, whole-grain bread, banana.
