Bob Martinez is throwing his presidential endorsement to Rudy Giuliani. The announcement is expected today, just in time for Mitt Romney's town hall-style campaign stop at Tampa's La Teresita restaurant tonight. The Republican former Tampa mayor is not just a big name in Florida, but he's also a top fundraiser, having raised at least $200,000 for Bush-Cheney in 2004. CLEARWATER Rockers bring cool to library scene Teens take note: Detroit indie rock band the High Strung will perform rousing jams and talk about what it's like to write songs, perform and tour at 7 p.m. today at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N Osceola Ave. Yes, at the library. It's part of an effort to convince young patrons that the library can be, well, cool.
