Shopping on Fifth Avenue in Zephyrhills

Downtown Zephyrhills attracted a fair amount of shoppers in the 1950s. Yes, that's a Studebaker parked among the vehicles on E Fifth Avenue. While the population has grown substantially over the years, it appears from the old post card above that parking in the downtown district was at a premium. At left is today's view of that same area.
