Safety Harbor

SAFETY HARBOR - Kadam Nick Gillespie will present an introduction to meditation from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Sunday at Parbawatiya Buddhist Center, 201 Sixth Ave. S.

The program is suitable for beginners and will include two guided meditations and a short talk. Cost is $9, $5 for students and those on limited income.

Anika Trancik will present a children's program with a spiritual topic, meditation, arts and crafts from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Buddhist center. Call (727) 797-9770.

TARPON SPRINGS

Religious schools begin Sunday at Congregation B'nai Emmunah, 3374 Keystone Road.

School for children in kindergarten through seventh grade is from 10 a.m. to noon.
