Dukes-Mistretta Jennifer Mistretta and Michael Dukes were married March 31, 2007, at Spartan Manor in New Port Richey. The bride is the daughter of Penny Vargas and Larry Mistretta, both of Port Richey. The bridegroom is the son of Martha Frank of St. Petersburg and the late Gary L. Dukes. The bride is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. The bridegroom is a graduate of Lakewood High School. He attended St. Petersburg College. They are both employed by the Retreat at Brattleboro and live in Newfane, Vt.
