Lisa D. Caamano, RN, has been promoted to administrator for Hernando Pasco Hospice Homecare HPH Homecare and is responsible for the daily operations of the not-for-profit home health care agency that serves more than 1,000 patients annually in northern Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. Caamano will be based out of New Port Richey and was formerly the director of nursing for HPH Homecare in Citrus and Hernando counties. She has been employed by the home care agency since 2004.
HPH Homecare, is an affiliate of Hernando-Pasco Hospice, started in 2000 and is intended for individuals who are not hospice appropriate but need home care services for numerous reasons that include but are not limited to a chronic illness or recent surgery. HPH Homecare employs registered nurses, home health aides, registered dieticians and medical social workers in addition to physical, speech and occupational therapists.

Juan's Black Bean Cafe wins an Award of Excellence from the Design Committee of Greater New Port Richey. The cafe is located at 5706 Main Street in downtown New Port Richey. The design committee is one part of a Main Street Four-Part Program, along with economic restructuring, organization and promotions. Juan's Black Bean Cafe location has undergone an extensive facelift and now features a shady and lushly landscaped courtyard for outdoor dining.

Six Sweetbay Supermarkets in Pasco County joined forces and, with the support of employees and customers, collectively raised more than $4,004 in June to benefit patients and families served by Hernando-Pasco Hospice (HPH). The donation was presented to Ginger Olson, HPH's donor relations coordinator, on Aug. 15 by Sweetbay Supermarket executives Gary Stephens, district manager, and Dave Wolf, manager of the Sweetbay Supermarket located at SR 52 and Little Road in Hudson.

Opening of Sweetbay Supermarket-Hudson: The final Kash N' Karry grocery store in Pasco County opened on Aug. 15. Sweetbay's transformation in Southwest Florida from Kash N' Karry will be completed in September. Sweetbay partners with Florida growers to make fresh food available to customers. The store manager is Dave Wolf and the assistant manager is Eric Rub. The new store is at 9017 SR 52 in Hudson. Telephone (727) 863-2481.
