West Pasco Democrats: The West Pasco Democratic Club of Pasco County will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday the New Port Library on Main Street. The scheduled speaker is Melissa Meehan, southeast coastal organizer of the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that promotes responsible energy choices that solve global warming problems and ensure clean, safe and healthy communities throughout the southeast. There will be a business meeting after the speaker. The public is welcome; refreshments will be served. Labor Day Marathon Bingo: Doors open at 10 a.m. Sept. 3., games start at noon. Games packages start at $19 and up; 80 games will be played. Lunch is included with admission. The Jewish Community Center of West Pasco, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey. Call (727) 847-3814.

Homesick for Loved Ones in Maryland, Delaware or Virginia? The Suncoast Maryland Club is now the Suncoast Maryland-Delaware-Virginia Club. A call to new members is going out.
