Peter Dominici has been named managing director at Focus Management Group, Tampa. Dominici was chief financial officer at Kforce Inc., Tampa.

Amanda Higgins has been named business development coordinator at PSI, Tampa. Higgins graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor of science degree in communications.
John "Red" Clanton has been named a project manager in the civil/site development group at KCI Technologies Inc., Tampa. Clanton was land operations construction manager at Metro Development Group, Tampa.
