Multiple Choice
The Buccaneers' roster will feature how many seniors:
A) 0-5 B) 5-10
C) 10-15 D) More than 15
Answer: A. The Bucs expect to suit up no more than five: QB Archie Barnes, DB/RB Nate Greaves, LB/WR Nick Myers and two-way linemen Alex Matzkin and Shea Hughes. "All of them have to be unique leaders for us to be successful," coach Dominick Ciao said.
True-False
Before returning to the prep sidelines, Ciao was a full-time defensive assistant for the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Answer: False. With his trademark self-deprecation, Ciao says he was no more than a part-time defensive aid to Monte Kiffin, heading over to One Buc Place after school in the afternoons to help break down film. "I was not by any means like, 'Hey, Coach Ciao, what do you think about this?' That's why I don't really like to even talk about it. I don't want it to come out like something it wasn't. But it was unique, it really was."
Yes or No
Will Ciao, who won 132 games in 17 seasons at Jesuit, load his staff with former Tigers?
Answer: You betcha. Ciao reeled off the names of at least 11 ex-Tigers who could be on his staff. Among those who could be on the sideline: former Stanford wideout Andre Kirwan, ex-Georgia Tech wideout Will Glover and former Notre Dame tight end Gary Godsey.
Essay
Robinson coach Mike DePue on Berkeley Prep:
"Dominick is going to bring a wealth of knowledge and a savvy to that program. Berkeley Prep is really going to flourish under him."
Ciao on the Buccaneers:
"Our thing always has been, if we felt we could run it we're going to run it. If we had someone to throw it we're going to throw it, and always play great defense and special teams. I was fortunate earlier to kind of hammer the ball in. I don't know right now if we have that type of team to do that."

Extra Credit
Barnes, a 6-foot-4 converted receiver, has impressed Ciao. "In 13 days (of spring practice) we kind of threw a lot of things at him," Ciao said. "And what was impressive was, he never got frustrated or rattled."
