OUTLOOK: Jacksonville hired former Florida quarterback Kerwin Bell as coach to replace Steve Gilbert. The former Gators star built Ocala Trinity Catholic from the ground up and turned it into a state power in just three seasons. Dolphins quarterback Chris Horton enters his senior season as the starter after passing for 1,899 yards and 15 touchdowns last season. He'll have a quartet of receivers who racked up more than 1,500 yards and 11 touchdowns. There is concern at running back, where Cecil Coltrane and Ron Harris saw little action behind former starter Jerry Brant, who rushed for 1,100 yards last season as a senior. The defense will get a new look but returns nine starters including lineman Kiel Pierce, who logged 33 tackles and two sacks. The linebackers are led by a pair of seniors in Joey Rumph and Quintan Salery, who combined for 73 tackles and the secondary features fifth-year senior Bryan Flowers, who returns from an injury that kept him out last season.
